Star Alliance Lounge Opens at LAX
If you’re flying out of Tom Bradley International Terminal on a Star Alliance carrier you may want to check out the new Star Alliance lounge. Opened on October 1, 2013, this 18,000 square foot, contemporary lounge is available to select passengers.
Business Class and Star Alliance Gold status holders are eligible to use the main lounge, while First Class passengers are welcome to use an exclusive First Class area.
The lounge accommodates almost 400 passengers in a variety of unique settings. Relax in the California sunshine by a waterfall on the outdoor terrace or catch up on some work inside as you wait. You’ll find high-speed Wi-Fi, printing, fax and copy services available and almost every seat has a power and USB point. Tablet computers can be borrowed upon request.
Watch TV in the media room, read a book in the library or freshen up in one of the eight shower rooms – there are plenty of options to pass the time. You can also enjoy a bite at the well-equipped café area where you’ll find complimentary hot and cold snacks. Complimentary beverages are served at bars throughout the lounge.
The lounge is located on Level 6, after security and is available only to Star Alliance passengers departing from this terminal.
